Ghostlyvaro's T.O.S1. I have the right to decline any person who wishes to commission me, whether due to the nature of the character itself or how the commissioner acts etc..2. Clients MUST have a flat colored reference sheet if not asking for a custom.3.I have the right to use the finished outcome of your art as examples for future people interested in my work.4. My prices are in place and will not be changed for anyone unless stated otherwise.5. Payments of at least half of the total commission price are to be done before I start any work. I've been ghosted far too many times for hours of work.6. My finished pieces are not to be resold to others, unless they are art for a character and the character is being sold.7. After paying and I’ve finished more than 50% of the work refunds will not be allowed.8. If I do not respond to a text/message immediately please be patient, I have a life outside of art commissions and will get to it as soon as I can.9. Be mindful that I am still in college and am busy during the week days unless I state otherwise I’m not due to days off, summer, etc.10. Commissions take some time and it would be appreciated if the commissioner was patient and understanding and didn't rush me.11.
